في قري الريف يوجد كثير من الشباب الذين يتعاطون المخدرات .

من انواع المخدرات وهي كتيرة مثل البرشام والحشيش والبنجو. اذا لم يجدوا هذه المخدرات في الاماكن المعروفة يشتروا من الصيدليات التي توجد فيها كل أنواع المخدرات.

انا زعلانة علي حال الشباب الذين لايعرفون شئ في الدنيا ولكن هم من الشباب الذين يضحكون علي انفسهم من تعاطي مخدرات

كنت اتمني من الناس المسؤولة عن هذا المجال ان يبطلوا بيع المخدرات للشباب . انا نفسي اعرف ليه وزارة الصحة بتسمح للدكاترة في الصيدليات ان يبيعوا انواع المخدرات بدون روشته فهم لا يخافون علي الشباب الذين يتعاطون المخدرات هم مش عارفين ايه اللي ممكن يحصل للشباب؟ من المخدرات ؟

فهي تذهب العقل وتتلف الصحة غير انها ترتكب المعاصي بسبب عدم الوعي وتنقل لهم الامراض المزمنة زي الفيروسات الكبدية والايدز وغيرها من الامراض المعدية يكون ذلك سبب زيادة وانتشار بعض الامراض المعدية والوفاه.

Doing drugs is a dilemma in rural areas. They come in different shapes (tablets, weed and marijuana). These drugs are available either through dealers or pharmacies.
I am so sad that those teenagers/young people resort to drugs. I wish if the people in charge can stop drug dealing. Why does the ministry of health allow selling drugs without a prescription?
These drugs make youth wasted. In addition, it can transmit diseases like AIDS and Hepatitis C. Finally, they may end up dead.

فين رغيف الخبز المدعم في الريف؟ واين حصص الدقيق والمخابز ؟ لا يمكن الحصول علي اشتراك الخبز ليه؟

عشرة أرغفة بخمسون قرش للاسرة الي مكونة من خمسة او سبعة او عشرة أفراد. هتكفي مين من العشرة

اين  حصص الدقيق التي تحصل عليها المخابز؟

كل قرية من شرق النيل يوجد مخبزين لا تكفي احتياجات أ وعدد السكان الموجود في كل قرية .

يوصل تمن الرغيف  المدعم الي 25 قرش والذي تشتريه التجار من المخابز ، طبعا بيقللوا وزن الرغيف عشان يبيعوا شوله الدقيق من المخابز سواء في المدينة او القرية .

استغلال التجار وبيعلوا سعر الرغيف ، وعدم وجود مراقب من المسؤولين علي المخابز واهمال الريف وعدم المتابعة كل دا بيخلي العيش مبيكفيش  .

والاشتراك مش نافع لان الاشتراك المفروض يوصل لحد البيوت العيش مع انه كمان قليل لكن الناس اللي عاملة اشتراك بتروح تقف امام المخبز من الفجرية وحتي الساعة 8 ولو أتأخرت مش هلاقي عيش.

Where is-what is so called-subsidized bread in rural areas? Where are the wheat quotas and bakeries? Why cannot we get the bread’s subscription?
10 leaves for 5 piaster go to a family of 5, 7 or 10 individuals.
In every village, there are only 2 bakeries which do not cover the needs of the population.
The supposedly subsidized bread leaf that should be sold for 5 piaster is being sold for 25 piaster because the merchants buy it from the bakeries. Lack of supervision or following up led to the insufficient bread.
Subscription does not work because bread should be delivered to the house, but it is not sufficient, so those people with subscription go to the bakery early in the morning. In case of late arrival to the bakery, you will find no bread.

الثلاث بنات

في مشكلة العقم وعدم الانجاب في بلدنا ، اذا كان الرجل لا يستطيع الانجاب تعيش معه المرأة وتتحمل دون ان تحسسه بعجزه او نقصه، اما اذا كانت هي التي لا تنجب ، يتزوج بغيرها ولا يهتم بالعيش معها، وحتي ان اراد الاستمرار في حياته معها، يتدخل الاهل فيبدأ الامر بمعيرتها ونشر خبر عقمها، ثم المطالبة له بان يتزوج بأخري .

اما اذا حدث الطلاق فلا تتجوز هي من بعده لان خلاص البلد كلها عرفت انها مش ممكن تخلف .

اعرف حكاية تلات اخوات بنات عاشوا في بيت واحد.

تزوجت الاولي تزوجت ولم تنجب وبعد سنين اتطلقت من زوجها ولم تتزوج مرة اخري .

اما البنت التانية تزوجت ولم تنجب لكن زوجها كان يحبها ولا يريد ان يطلقها او يتزوج عليها لكن اهله لم يتركوه فضلوا يزنوا عليه لازم يكون لك ولاد لازم تتجوز دا غير انهم فضحوها ونشروا الخبر في البلد لحد ما طلقوها منه.

اما التالتة كان الجميع يخاف الاقتراب منها ولم يقترب منها احد من الاهل او الاقارب حتي الكل كان خايف انها متخلفش زي اخواتها .

لكن ربنا كرمها بزوج من برا البلد وانجبت وفضلت الاختين التانيين في بيت ابوهم الجميع يخاف الاقتراب او الزواج منهم ولو حدث يكون العريس  كبيرا في السن.

When it comes to sterility in our country; if the husband is the sterile party, then the wife lives with him without giving him any hard time. On the other hand, if the wife is the one who is sterile, then his husband shall remarry and not care much about living with her. If the husband wanted to live with the sterile wife, his family shall interfere, spread the word about her sterility, annoy her and ask him to remarry.
In case of divorce, she does not remarry because everyone in town knew that she is sterile and will not be able to carry babies.
I know this story of three ladies who lived in the same house
The first lady got married and did not give birth for years, so her husband divorced her. And she did not marry again.
The second lady got married and did not give birth, but her husband loved her and did not want to divorce her or remarry. His family interfered, so he had to divorce her and remarry.
The third lady did not get married easily because her neighbours, family and friends were afraid that she will be sterile like her sisters. However, at the end she got married and gave birth. Her sisters decided to stay in the family house and did not remarry

Our neighbor has three children and cultivated land. He wanted to obtain an extra job, so that he can better provide for his family. His wife used to work in the land, raise the children and run the household. She used to wake up at 5 am to carry out the household work until 7 am, then she goes to the field to do the work that her husband should be doing, but he cannot because of his new job.
She used to feed her children and get them dressed up for school.
In the afternoon she takes a nap, and then does the laundry.
By sunset, she gets livestock back from the field, makes dinner and spends some time with her family.

حالة الست في بلدنا

كان  في جارتنا عندها ثلاثة اطفال وكان لديه ارض وكان زوجها يحاول ان يحصل علي الوظيفة ويشتغل في المحجر علشان يصرف علي العيال وكانت زوجته تعمل في الارض وتربية الاولاد وتعمل في البيت تقوم من النوم في 5 صباحا تعمل في البيت الي ال7 صباحا وبعدها تذهب الي الغيط لتعملبدلا من زوجها الذي يعمل في المحجر .

كانت تفطر اولادها وتلبسهم للذهاب الي المدرسة ويذهب زوجها الي المحجر وتحضر لهم الغداء زتنضف البيت وتقوم بكل المصالح .

في الضهرية كانت تستريح لفترة قصيرة وبعد ذلك تشطف الاولاد وتغسل ملابسهم.

وفي المغرب تحضر البهايم من الغيط الي البيت وتحضر العشا وبعدها تجلس مع اولادها وزوجها .

وكل يوم يبقي زي اللي فات.

Unfortunately, healthcare is deteriorating. Nobody cares about healthcare system especially for the poor and disadvantaged. For example, if the poor farmers went to the healthcare unit in their village, they may not find a doctor. In addition, there is no customized care for pregnant women.
In case of giving birth, the pregnant lady may go to the healthcare unit and find no doctor, so she has to find another doctor. This would usually lead to unwanted consequences such as bleeding, death of the baby or the woman.
When any injury happens, the patient may bleed and then they resort to cutting any of the injured organs.

قرية الدوادية مركز المنيا

للاسف الشديد ان الصحة في بلدنا معدومة ولا يوجد اي اهتمام بها وخصوصا للفقراء و المعدمين في البلد وهم الاغلبية فاذا ذهبوا الي الوحدة الصحية الموجودة في البلد مثلا لا يجدوا الدكتور ولا العلاج و حتي السيدات في حالات وضع لم يجدوا أحد

فأضطروا للذهاب الي مكان اخر في المركز وأحيانا الست يحصل لها نزيف او اختناق للطفل أو الوفاه

وكم من الحوادث والاصابات في المحاجر ويذهبون بالمصاب للوحدة لانها الاقرب لكن لا يجدوا الاهتمام او الامكانيات

فيحدث نزيف حاد ووفاه او بتر للاعضاء المصابة .
